Elizabeth, the dishwashing moment with your cat at your feet felt very concrete. That line about deciding first, then moving before you feel fully ready, is the part I’m taking with me. I’ve seen how easy it is to turn preparation into its own safe little world. Doing one real action creates better evidence than ten more rounds of thinking. The idea of making the move smaller, but not stopping, feels especially useful.
