“What is the energy of commanding $50k or $100k fees… no matter what is going on?”
10 pm on a Friday night. Everyone else asleep. Notes sprawled out on the dining room table and laptop glowing in front of me. And me, working out the details of a new program so I could get down to the business of selling it.
For years, clients had been asking me for a course on how to offer programs at fees of $50k - $100k and up. For years, I’d resisted.
Until I finally said yes.
And it was edgy.
Indeed, and not just “edgy” in theory. I don’t know if you’ve ever mentored a self-employed to charge $50,000 for 6 months of service, but here’s what happens…
They freak out.
Wobble. Doubt. Get distracted. Tumble down rabbit holes. (12, in fact. Yes, I counted.)
And collapse right at the crucial moment: when they were about to ask for the cash.
All of this and so much more had come up in every private client I’d ever mentored to offer 50K or 100K for their Highest Level Work. The amount of paralysis was off the chain. By some miracle, they’d gotten results anyway.
And yet… mentoring a LOT more people to do exactly that was my personal next move.
Good golly, I thought. I’ve got to come up with a way that people can instantly shift into BE-ing the One Who Charges 50k and gets it. AND… it has to work so that they don’t have to shift every freakin’ block to get started.
Piece of cake.
Why Your Biggest Goals Can Be So Hard to Manifest
Now, you may have absolutely no interest in selling a $100,000 program.
You don’t have to!
But I’ll bet there’s something you want to create that’s just as big for YOU.
Something you’ve chosen because you genuinely want it. Something that would expand what’s possible in your business, relationships, body, and life.
You’ve undoubtedly already created extraordinary things.
So why can it be so dang challenging to create the next BIG thing?
It’s because your big goals aren’t about ambition. Or status. Or having something to prove.
They are your Desire in action.
And so… those all too human mechanisms for maintaining the status quo are going to kick in.
When my clients were creating their offers, they could see the possibility. They knew the value of their work. They were excited about serving their clients.
Then came the moment when they actually had to ask for $100K.
Suddenly, their brains had a whole lot to say.
Who do you think you are, charging that much?
What if they say no?
What if someone actually says YES and now you have to deliver?
And the woman who had been so certain of her offer an hour earlier was suddenly… not.
I call this Inner Friction – the internal response created by the beliefs, stories, fears, and meanings we attach to what’s happening.
You choose a result. You start creating it. And then…
The client says no. The opportunity disappears. The money doesn’t show up.
Your brain starts putting on the brakes.
And just like that, your perception, your energy and your actions all shift.
And because you’re continually sending your energetic signature into the Field… Inner Friction can interfere with BOTH sides of the manifesting equation: the Divine side and the Human side.
Which is why you can be perfectly capable of creating a result and still struggle to make it happen. Or create it once, then spend the next six months trying to repeat it.
Think about that BIG thing you want to create.
What if you could BE the One Who creates it, regardless of what your brain has to say or what your current circumstances look like?
That’s the exact problem I was trying to solve at my kitchen table.
The Missing Mechanism for Manifesting on Command
As a practicing witch of more than 30 years, I have a pretty straightforward way of approaching problems like this.
I ask the Goddess. 😎
“How do I help them snap into BEING the one — instantly?
How do I help them switch into the energetic frequency so that commanding $100k is as simple as passing the salt?
What is the mechanism that allows them to embody the new energy within seconds?”
How do I help them collapse time between decision and the embodiment that makes it a done deal?”
I was astounded at what came through.
I wrote down what She gave me. I gave it to my clients.
And the results came FAST.
Within seven days, one of my clients came back with a $20,000 contract.
Then came more $20K contracts, followed by $50K contracts and $100K contracts.
One client went on to land three $100K+ contracts in a single quarter.
Now, I’m a big believer in miracles. It’s why I do what I do.
So on the one hand… I wasn’t really surprised. Of course they were going to rock it out.
What fascinated me was HOW they did it.
What If “BE-ing the One” Took Seconds?
Every manifestation teacher on the planet, including me, teaches some form of...
BE the One Who already has the result.
Act as if.
Live in the end.
(Neville calls this the Law of Assumption. Neville was a dude.)
Solid principle.
Indeed, I’d argue that it’s THE principle. Assume the result, hold the state.
In my tradition, magic is the art of changing consciousness at will.
Changing your state of consciousness changes the energetic pattern you’re holding, how you perceive reality, what becomes available to you, and the actions you take.
It’s powerful stuff. It’s also where humans get hung up.
Because when someone tells you to BE the woman who already has $100K in her bank account, what exactly does that mean?
You can visualize opening your banking app and seeing the money. You can walk around affirming, “I’m a woman who makes $100K months.”
And for a while, it feels fantastic.
Until…
A client backs out. Your launch doesn’t sell. You look at your bank account and see $217.
And your brain (who we lovingly call “Brian,” in CreatorOS)…
Brian goes, “Um… ‘scuse me… what $100k?”
To be clear, there’s nothing wrong with this. This is just a mechanism.
Your job, as the magician, is to master the mechanism.
Years ago, my first coaching mentor drilled a question into our heads.
What would a million-dollar business owner do?
It’s a useful question. I’ve taught variations of it for years.
But consider who’s answering.
YOU are.
And… did you notice something?
When you “BE Her,” “act as if” and “live in the end,” you’re directing your attention toward the outcome.
You’re trying to access the feeling of already having the money, the relationship, the business, or whatever it is you’ve chosen to create.
You’re trying to become the One Who already has THAT particular result.
And while staying laser-locked on your chosen outcome IS another crucial move that fuels conscious co-creation…
… I would put it to you that there’s an easier, more elegant way to access the Frequency that makes creating it possible.
You can choose to BE the Creator.
The One Who has the Creative Power to produce the result in the first place.
That’s what my clients were doing.
They’d chosen the $100K contracts. And they were creating those results from the Frequency of Creative Power.
The Frequency FLIP…
Most manifestation teachings focus on the frequency of the outcome you want to create.
You want money, so you work on becoming an “energetic match.” You want a relationship, so you practice feeling the feeling that goes with having it. You want a different lifestyle, so you imagine – and take action on – what it means to live it now.
And there’s real power in that. Becoming a match for your outcome is a key part of co-creation.
But what about the One Who is doing the creating?
As a Creator Be-ing, your Creative Power exists independently of any particular outcome. It’s yours whether you’re creating $100K, a fabulous relationship, or an entirely different life.
And alongside being the match for what you’ve chosen, you can develop your ability to BE the One Who created it.
You can master your Creator Frequency – and create whatever you choose FROM there.
The 10 Standards: The Formula for Your Creator Frequency
The Standards are a set of energies that make up the way of BE-ing of the Version of You that already has what you want.
You might think of them as keys, or principles, or guidelines.
I – an unapologetically “woo” former engineer – think of them as energy.
Because we don’t manifest through keys or guidelines. We manifest what we embody: our vibrational signature created by our way of BE-ing.
They are the “switches to flip.”

Each Standard has three important dimensions…
Each Standard is grounded in Universal Truth, drawing on the seven Hermetic Principles that govern how reality works. This gives you a place to create FROM, regardless of what your physical circumstances are telling you.
Each is a precise Way of BE-ing, so you don’t have to invent your new self from your current consciousness.
Each addresses a common point of Inner Friction – one of those places where you doubt, wobble, or get activated by circumstance, and your brain starts putting on the brakes.
In other words, the Standards give you a way to work with both Identity and Capacity.
Instead of spending three years constructing a new identity one belief at a time, you have a framework you can access NOW.
And because you use the Standards precisely when your old patterns are being activated, you expand your capacity to hold that new Way of BE-ing while you’re creating the result.
And the best part?
All those years of consciousness work, healing, nervous system work, mindset clearing, beliefs, spiritual practice, personal development and so on…
The Standards give you a way to snap all of that into choice and creation.
To move with certainty in the absence of certainty. To eliminate the energy of separation that comes with “acting as IF.”
Here’s a simple, everyday example to make this real.
Let’s say you’re contacted by a potential client, seemingly out of the blue.
But she isn’t out of the blue to you. You’ve been stalking her for years… and now she wants to hire you, or at least chat about it?
This could psych you out.
Instead, you activate the Confidence Standard.
You connect with the certainty of what IS and who you ARE, regardless of whether this woman ultimately becomes your client.
You chat over Messenger, hold a powerful space, and the next thing you know she’s in your $50K group.
You access a way of BE-ing that is grounded in Truth, right when your old patterns would ordinarily kick in.
Because from the Divine perspective, there is NO future superior “version of you” that you need to earn your way into.
You are Divine now. Your Creative Power exists now.

From $5K Sales to $100K Contracts – and Beyond
